What Jobzyl does

Job hunting normally means the same query typed into a dozen sites. Jobzyl reads job boards, national employment services and other public job sites, plus openings pulled straight from employers’ own careers pages, and merges the answers into one list.

What that gets you

• One list instead of twenty tabs. Each search asks the boards that cover your country, and results stream in as each one answers.
• The same role once. A posting carried by several boards collapses into one row that names the others. See why the same job appears once.
• Provenance on every row. Each listing names the source it came from, and Apply goes to the original posting. We are never in the middle of an application.
• Nothing can be paid for. Ranking is how well a posting matches your words, weighted towards newer postings, and there is no field for anything else. See can a company pay to appear higher.

What it will not do

• Apply for you. Nothing applies on your behalf, and nothing contacts an employer for you.
• Read your email or calendar. Every tracker move after the first is yours.
• Understand every language. Search knows English word forms. A query in another language matches its exact words only.
• Cover every market evenly. A narrow search in a small market returns less than the same search in the US, and pay is missing more often than not outside it.
• Guarantee a posting is open. Only some boards can be checked. See whether a posting is still open.
• Filter on employment type, because that field arrives empty from every board. Contract and hours carry the data.
• Offer an API, negotiation advice, a CV writing service or recruiter introductions.
