No. There is no paid tier of any kind - not for job seekers, and not for employers either. You can search and track jobs without an account; making one adds live searches, alerts, CV match scores and syncing, and costs nothing.
There is no card to enter, no trial that lapses into a charge, and no feature held back behind an upgrade. Nothing on the site is an advertisement and nothing in your results was bought.
