Running your first search
Type a role, check the country, press Search. Results begin arriving within a few seconds and keep arriving as slower boards reply.
- Type a role in the first field. This is the only required one.
- Check the country. On a first visit it is filled in from your device’s time zone and says so underneath. Clear it to search everywhere at once.
- Press Search. Rows begin arriving within a few seconds and keep arriving as slower boards reply. You can stop a search at any point and keep what already came in.
- Narrow from the filter bar once results are on screen, where you can see what each filter would remove before you click it.

Add several roles or several places to one search and every combination is queried in parallel, then merged. Searching "Backend Engineer" and "Platform Engineer" across Germany and the Netherlands is one search, not four.
Where it stops: A first search in a small market can come back thin. Coverage is uneven by design: several sources are national, a few are global, and the remote-only boards ignore location entirely. See where results come from.
