- Your account and syncingA free account carries your saved jobs, alerts, CVs and recent searches between devices.
- Exporting your dataSearch results and your application board export to CSV; your whole account exports to one JSON file.
- Deleting your accountAccount, then Delete account, then type your email to confirm. It is immediate and there is no way to undo it.
- Where your data goesPlainly, per thing: what is stored, what is encrypted, what leaves the country, and what never leaves your browser.
- Cookies and analyticsTwo analytics tools, both named, and neither loads until you accept. Decline and no script is injected at all.
- How long we keep thingsJob postings leave search after 45 days unless you tracked them while signed in. Your account data stays until you delete it, and logs have their own windows.
- Contacting supportThree addresses, one per kind of question. A bug report is far more useful with the search you ran and what you expected.
