How long we keep things
Job postings are archived after 60 days unless you tracked them, and everything else has its own window.
- Job postings: 60 days, then archived out of search. Anything you have tracked is exempt and stays, so your board never empties itself.
- Product events used for aggregate analytics: 180 days.
- Search analytics: 90 days.
- Email delivery records: 180 days.
- Administrator audit records: a year.
- A CV you have not saved in 24 months: deleted, after a warning email about a month beforehand. Only the CV, not the account. The clock runs from the last time you saved that CV, not from your last sign-in.
Deleting your account removes everything on demand, regardless of any of the above.
Where it stops: This is a job search tool, not a historical archive. A listing you saw two months ago and did not track is gone, and there is no way to search the archive.
