Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Jobzyl you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be 16 or older to join.

Listings come straight from job boards, national employment services and remote-only sites including Adzuna, Reed, Careerjet, Jooble, USAJOBS, France Travail, JobTechDev, Taiwan Ministry of Labor, Arbeitnow, Himalayas, Remote OK, Remotive, Jobicy, 4 Day Week, We Work Remotely and Jobspresso, and are collected automatically from other publicly available job sites and employer career pages. Listings from a source we can name show that name; the rest are marked as coming from a public job board.

We do not own these listings, do not guarantee their accuracy, and cannot promise they are current. Always verify on the source site before applying.

We also publish a page for individual openings and a profile page for employers we have indexed. Both are compiled by us from the listings described above. An employer profile is not written, reviewed or approved by that employer, is not an endorsement in either direction, and says nothing about them beyond what their own postings show. Figures on it count the adverts we hold, which is not the same as the number of jobs an employer has.

If a page about you or your organisation is wrong, out of date, or should not be there, write to us through the support page and we will correct or remove it.

• No automated scraping or bulk extraction from the service or the endpoints behind it, and no attempt to bypass any rate limiting we apply.
• No reverse-engineering, reselling or sublicensing the service.
• No uploading content that is unlawful, malicious, or violates someone else’s rights.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Use a strong password (at least 12 characters; we strongly recommend a passphrase or a password manager). Keep your credentials secret. If you sign in with Google, LinkedIn or GitHub, two-factor authentication set up with that provider protects this account too.

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decision you make based on the listings shown.

You may delete your account at any time from the account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in-app and via email if you have an account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London, England.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction whose mandatory consumer laws would otherwise apply, nothing in this clause limits the protections granted to you by those laws. You may still bring proceedings in your country of residence.
