About Jobzyl
Jobzyl is a job-search aggregator built for people who apply to a lot of roles and need to stay organised. We pull listings from 20 sources in parallel. A search we already hold results for returns straight away; one nobody has run recently asks every board live, and the slowest board sets the pace. Either way rows appear as they arrive rather than all at the end.
Strongest in the UK, Germany, France, Sweden, Canada and the US, where we have country-specific official sources, and usable anywhere the global boards reach.
What makes us different: you open one tab instead of twenty. The same posting on four boards collapses to a single row that names all four, every listing carries a CV match score naming the skills you have and the ones you are missing, and a tracker follows each application through to an offer. Around that sit AI drafts for cover letters and interview prep, and a pay distribution across the current results where the data exists.
Page-by-page guide
Home & Job Search
Search across 20 sources in parallel. Narrow by work mode, date posted, seniority, contract type, hours, field, company and skills, with a count on every option showing what it would leave you. Results stream in as each source responds, and every row names the source it came from.
/Application Tracker
Every posting you open through Apply files itself at Clicked; from there the board runs Clicked → Saved → Applied → Phone Screen → Interview → Offer → Rejected and you move it. Add notes and follow-up dates, and see a match score against your saved CV. Syncs across devices when signed in.

/accountEmail support
Jobzyl is built and run by one person, so every message below is read and answered by the same person who wrote the thing you are emailing about. There is no ticket queue, no auto-responder and no first-line script. That is why the reply times are measured in business days rather than minutes, and why it is worth putting the detail in the first message: a reply that has to ask which browser you were on costs a day.
Write in whatever language you are comfortable with. If a message needs a screenshot, attach it - nothing is stripped.

Reply: One business dayAnything about your account or the product: signing in, a search returning nothing, alerts not arriving, the tracker out of sync between two devices, exporting or deleting your data.
What to include
- The email address on your account, so the right one can be found
- The page you were on, pasted as a URL - the search terms are in it
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
bugs@jobzyl.com
Reply: Two business daysSomething is broken rather than confusing: a button that does nothing, a figure that looks wrong, a page that fails to load, a listing that renders badly.
A job posting that is out of date is not a bug on our side - the board it came from still lists it. Mail support@ and it can be checked.
What to include
- Browser and operating system, including the version if you know it
- The exact URL
- Numbered steps that reproduce it, plus what you expected
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see
privacy@jobzyl.com
Reply: Thirty days is the statutory limit; in practice a few daysData protection requests under GDPR, UK GDPR or the CCPA: a copy of what is held about you, a correction, erasure, or an objection to processing. Also the address for anything about the privacy policy itself.
You do not have to email to export or delete: both are self-service on /account and take effect immediately. This address is for when you would rather it went through a person, or for a request the buttons do not cover.
What to include
- The email address on your account
- Which right you are exercising, if you know
No contact form. Every address above is plain text you can copy, so it works whether or not this device has a mail app set up, and a message you send from your own client is one you can see in your own sent folder.
Status
Outages
If results stop arriving or a source looks stale, email us and we’ll tell you what we can see. We don’t publish a status page or an uptime percentage, because we don’t yet run the third-party monitoring it would take to keep either of them honest.
Response times
- Support: 1 business day
- Bug reports: 2 business days
Data retention: aggregated listings are kept for 60 days by default and rotated automatically. Tracked jobs and notes are kept until you delete them. A saved CV is kept until you delete it or it goes 24 months without being updated, and you get an email 30 days before that happens.
GDPR: self-serve data export and deletion are available from /account.
Security & privacy
RLS on every table
Row-level security is enforced in PostgreSQL, so you can only ever read your own rows.
CV text encrypted at rest
The CV you upload is encrypted with field-level Fernet encryption before it is written to the database.
Email sign-in, confirmed
Accounts are created with an email address and a confirmation link or code. We never see a password from another provider.
We don't sell your data
No data brokering, no ad networks, no advertising trackers. Analytics are Plausible and PostHog, both EU-hosted and both off until you consent.
Full audit log
Every admin action is recorded with the actor, the target and a timestamp.
Export and delete
Export and deletion are self-serve from your account page. Deleted rows also age out of encrypted off-site backups within 14 days.
Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
