When an alert email has not arrived
Usually because nothing new matched. Alerts only email when there is something to report, so silence is the normal quiet state.

Work through these in order. The first one explains most cases.
- It only emails when something is new. An alert with no new matches since its last send produces no email at all. Silence almost always means nothing new matched, not that something failed.
- Check the cadence on the row. A weekly digest waits a week, and the row shows when it last sent.
- Check the alert is toggled on, and that its keywords and location are not narrower than you remember.
- Check spam, and that you are looking at the address on the account rather than a forwarding alias.
- Newness is measured from the last send. A job posted before you created the alert will not appear, apart from the roughly one-week look-back on the very first digest.
- If you have ever unsubscribed, every alert was switched off. They are not deleted, so turning them back on from the alerts page restores them.
If none of that explains it, tell us the alert name and the address you expected it at, and we will look.
Where it stops: We cannot see whether your mail provider accepted, filed or dropped a message once it left us. If an alert is sending on our side and never arriving on yours, a different address is the fastest test.
