The application stages
7 stages, in order, and only the first one is ever set for you.
These are the stages, in order:
Clicked is the only one ever set for you, and it means exactly what it says: you opened the posting on the board that carries it.
Whether you then filled the application in happens on someone else’s site and we never see it, which is why that stage is not called Applied. A card sitting there for a week means you have not moved it, not that anything went wrong.
Rejected is red and struck through, so a closed application reads as closed at a glance.
Where it stops
The stages are fixed and cannot be renamed, reordered or added to. They are named in the documentation, in the emails and in the exports, so they are a shared vocabulary rather than a personal one.
