Unsubscribing from our emails

One click in any email. Alerts and follow-up reminders unsubscribe separately, and unsubscribing switches alerts off rather than deleting them.

Needs a free account

  • Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and it works without signing in.
  • Alerts and follow-up reminders are separate. Stopping one does not silently stop the other, because they answer different needs and people rarely want both gone.
  • Unsubscribing switches your alerts off rather than deleting them, so you can turn them back on later from the alerts page without rebuilding anything.

To stop everything permanently, delete the account, which is immediate and total.

Where it stops: Unsubscribing does not stop transactional email. A password reset or an email confirmation is sent because you asked for it at that moment, and there is no way to opt out of those while keeping an account.
