Deleting your account
Account, then Delete account, then type your email to confirm. It is immediate, total, and there is no way to undo it.
Needs a free account
- Go to Account, then Delete account.
- Type your email address to confirm. It has to match the address on the account, which is what stops a mis-click from being final.
Your profile, CVs, tracked jobs, searches and alerts are dropped immediately. There is no soft delete, no recovery window and no way for us to undo it. The one exception is administrator audit records, which are kept for accountability.
If you want a copy of anything, export it first. After this there is nothing left to export.
Where it stops: Deleting the account does not retract anything already sent. An alert email that has left our servers is in your inbox, and a request that has gone to Anthropic for one of the writing tools is governed by their terms.
