Cookies and analytics
Two analytics tools, both named, and neither loads until you accept. Decline and no script is injected at all.
There are two analytics tools and both are named here, because naming one while loading two would be worse than naming neither.
- Plausible, for anonymous traffic counts. No cookies, and nothing stored in your browser.
- PostHog, on its EU instance, for product behaviour. No cookies either: it keeps an id in local storage instead. Session recording and automatic event capture are both switched off.
Neither loads until you accept in the banner. Declining means no script is injected at all, rather than a script loading in some reduced mode. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, they stay off even after you accept.
What is always on
Storage the site uses to do what you asked: your sign-in session, your consent choice, your theme, and local copies of things like saved jobs, recent searches, which jobs you have opened and your match scores. None of it is analytics. Change your mind any time from the "Manage cookie preferences" link in the footer, and see Cookies for the full table.
Where it stops
Accepting or declining is stored per browser, so it is a choice you make again on a new device. We cannot tie it to your account without storing more about you than the choice itself is worth.
