No. Results are ordered by how well they match your words, ties broken by recency, and the ranking has no field for anything else.
No. Results are ordered by how well they match the words you searched for, and ties are broken by which posting is more recent. There is no advertising slot, no promoted listing and no way to buy a position - the ranking has no field for it.
Some sources give us API access under their own terms. That access does not buy anyone a position in your results, and that distinction is the whole claim.
